Position Overview
We’re seeking experienced Window and Door Installer (or crews) to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll represent the Superior Windows brand on every job — ensuring each installation meets our high standards for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for installers who value craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism. We handle the sales, scheduling, and customer coordination — you handle the install.

What You’ll Do

• Install vinyl replacement windows and patio doors in residential settings
• Ensure all installations meet Superior’s quality, safety, and performance standards
• Remove and dispose of existing windows/doors safely and cleanly
• Seal, insulate, and finish each install to company specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers and the Superior team throughout each job
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and respect customer property

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing residential windows and/or patio doors
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation, tools, and liability insurance
• Ability to manage jobs independently and stay on schedule
• Professional, respectful, and customer-focused demeanor
• Must be based in or near the Pittsburgh area

Compensation

• Paid per window or per job, based on scope and complexity
• Consistent pipeline of work provided
• Weekly payments upon job completion
